Save money & add flavour into your food with this tasty veggie scrap recipe   What to use: save the skins, ends, stalks, roots and peelings of vegetables such as onions, leeks, shallots, garlic, ginger, carrot, celery, parsnip, green beans, corn, fennel, mushrooms and herbs.
